Fitness and Technology

If you have a smartphone, and are concerned about achieving your goals in fitness, then I recommend 2 programs at the top of my list.


Jefit Pro- this app allows you to track your workouts and weight and girth measurements.  It shows dynamic graphs that allow you to see your progress charted out.

Myfitnesspal- this is a simple search and select calorie counter app.  If you want to lose weight or even build muscle you need to maintain a specific calorie intake to achieve these goals.  This software app let's you do just that and in seconds. Most foods I search for are in their and if they weren't before you can add them just once.
